Registration Questions

How can I register for the conference?

To register, please visit the conference website (www.medtech.events) and fill out the online registration form.

What is the registration deadline for the conference?

The registration deadline is 20 February 2025.  Please register in time as spaces are limited.

How much does it cost to attend the conference?

The participation fee is

  • Early Bird Ticket: 160 € (available until Oct 31)
  • General Admission: 190 € (from Nov 1 to Dec 31)
  • Late Registration: 240 € (from Jan 1 to Feb 20) HUF, which includes conference materials, coffee breaks, and the gala dinner.

The prices include participation in the 2-day event, coffee and lunch breaks, and the gala dinner.

Will I receive a confirmation for my registration?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided once your registration is complete.

When and where will the conference take place?

The conference will be held on on 26-27 February 2025 at Aquaworld Resort, Budapest

What is the agenda for the conference?

The detailed program can be found on the conference website under the “Agenda” section.

Will there be breaks during the conference?

Yes, the conference schedule includes coffee breaks and a lunch break.

Where is the registration desk located on-site?

The registration desk will be located on the first floor of the hotel, next to the elevator, where our staff will assist you.

Is there an option to book accommodation at the conference venue?

Yes, you can book a room at a discounted rate at the conference hotel. For more information, please visit the “Information” section on the website.

What services does the hotel offer?

Catering Questions

What meals are included in the participation fee?

The participation fee includes refreshments and snacks before the event and during coffee breaks, as well as the buffet lunch and gala dinner.

Are there vegetarian/vegan/allergy-friendly options at the gala dinner?

Yes, please indicate your special dietary requirements during registration, and we will ensure suitable meal options are provided.

Gala Dinner Questions

When and where will the gala dinner take place?

The gala dinner will be held on the first day of the conference, 26 February, at 19:00 PM in the Amazonas Hall.

Is there a dress code for the gala dinner?

Yes, formal attire is recommended for the gala dinner.

Will there be Wi-Fi available at the conference venue?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi access will be provided throughout the hotel for all attendees.

How can I contact the organizers?

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, the hotel has its own parking lot, which attendees can use free of charge.

Will the presentation materials be provided to the attendees?

Yes, all registered attendees will receive the presentation materials after the conference.

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

Cancellations are only accepted in writing at the following email address: cancellation@medtech.events. You may cancel your participation in writing without any payment obligations up to the 10th working day before the conference. If you cancel within this period, any fees already transferred will be refunded 100%. If you do not notify us of your cancellation by the 10th working day before the conference and do not attend the event, we will not be able to refund the participation fee.

Is there a limit on the number of attendees?

Yes, due to space limitations, the conference can accommodate a maximum of 300 attendees. We encourage early registration to secure your spot.

Can I transfer my registration to another person if I am unable to attend?

Yes, you can transfer your registration to another person. Please contact the organizers at least 2 days before the event with the details of the person taking your place.

Will there be any networking opportunities at the conference?

Yes, there will be designated networking sessions during coffee breaks and the gala dinner, providing an excellent opportunity to connect with other professionals in the field.

Is there a dress code for the conference sessions?

Business casual attire is recommended for the conference sessions.

Are there any sponsorship or exhibition opportunities available?

Yes, we offer various sponsorship and exhibition packages. Please visit the “Partner” section on the conference website or contact us for more details.

Will the conference sessions be recorded?

No, the conference sessions will not be recorded entirely, but photos and short videos will be taken throughout the duration of the event.

Is there an official conference app?

Yes, the conference will have an application. Information regarding the conference app and B2B meetings will be uploaded to the website soon.

How can I give feedback about the conference?

We value your feedback! After the conference, you will receive an email with a link to an online feedback form. Your input helps us improve future events.
