With a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Alexander Fink co-founded Metecon GmbH in 1999. Prior to this venture, he began his professional career in R&D in Diabetes Care. From the beginning he has been dedicated to navigating the regulatory requirements for the manufacturers of medical devices. As sole CEO since 2015 and sole owner since 2019 Alex formed Metecon into a full-service regulatory consultancy for the medical device industry with 60+ employees. The team of experts covers all topics of regulatory market access for medical devices, ranging from quality management over technical documentation to verification and clinical evaluation.
