Dr. Anni Koubek is the founding CEO of QMD Services, a European Notified Body for medical devices and in vitro diagnostics based in Austria. She holds a PhD in physics and has conducted fundamental research at institutions in Hamburg, Trieste, and Cambridge, UK. Dr. Koubek has served as Executive Vice President for Innovation at Quality Austria, was the scientific director at a university of applied sciences in Graz, and led a research center on e-learning. She has authored several books and numerous publications across her areas of expertise.
