Registration, Payment, and Cancellation Terms
Admission fee:
The prices include participation in the 2-day event, coffee and lunch breaks, and the gala dinner.
Upon registering for the event, you will receive an automatic confirmation email, which will include a special link allowing you to book a room at the conference venue hotel at a discounted rate. We encourage you to take advantage of this exclusive offer to ensure a convenient and comfortable stay during the event.
Registration Deadline: February 20, 2025.
Registration and Payment:
The participation fee includes access to all programs of the event, conference materials, and meals.
Online registration is considered an application. QTICS Group Zrt. will confirm the received application via an automatic email. The proforma invoice will be sent by QTICS’s event organizing partner, Orienteventive Kft., to the provided email address within 1 business day. If you can accept an e-invoice, please provide the appropriate email address.
Participation in the event requires the advance payment of the participation fee. To ensure smooth organization of the conference, please transfer the participation fee by February 20, 2025. On-site cash payment will not be possible!
Cancellation:
Cancellations are only accepted in writing at the following email address: medical@qtics.group.

You may cancel your participation in writing without any payment obligations up to the 10th working day before the conference. If you cancel within this period, any fees already transferred will be refunded 100%. If you do not notify us of your cancellation by the 10th working day before the conference and do not attend the event, we will not be able to refund the participation fee.

Special Opportunity for University Students in Medical Technology
A limited number of spots (approximately 30) will be made available free of charge for university students studying in the field of medical technology. This opportunity is open to students who are currently enrolled in full-time studies at an accredited higher education institution.
If you are a student in the field of medical technology and would like to attend the conference, we invite you to fill out the special registration form designated for university students. Applications will be reviewed based on the order of submission, and the limited spots will be granted accordingly. The organizers will notify all applicants of their decision via email.
We encourage eligible students to apply as soon as possible due to the limited number of available spots.
