Ministerial Commissioner, Ministry for National Economy
Robert Lang came to public administration from the private sector. He was responsible for finance and digitalization, then as a consultant, he oversaw the development of the executive information system of the State Health Care Center and later the National Hospital Directorate-General. For four years, he was the professional leader and director of the Hospital Integrated Management System, from where he became the ministerial commissioner responsible for the health industry at the Ministry of National Economy.
As a commissioner, he supports the Minister of National Economy in preparing health policy proposals, developing directions for the health industry, and implementing related action plans. In this role, he deals with the management of healthcare data assets and the review of procurement practices related to healthcare. His responsibilities include examining healthcare financing issues, and he is a member of the Healthcare Financing Working Group.
